>Do they hire everybody that walks in the door looking to be a real estate agent?
>Do they have a full-time recruiter? (usually means a lot of turnover)
>Do they have agent monthly fees? (Desk fees, e & o insurance fees on top of annual premium, marketing fees, IT fees, printing fees, ad fees, open house ad fees) WC has NEVER charged agent fees. NEVER!
>Do they charge admin or broker flat fee of $225-$995? WC does NOT charge or allow our agents to charge this junk fee.
>Do they charge franchise fees of 5-9%?
>Do they provide a $5000 listing camera for new agents to use until they get established. WC does!
>Do they provide drone photography by a licensed commercial drone pilot at no charge? WC does!
>Do you have to pay broker for web leads/referrals from the brokerage? WC has NEVER charged our agents for referrals.
>Do they have Dotloop esignature and eforms system that a buyer or seller can sign docs on with a phone/laptop/tablet? WC does, and has since 2012 and NEVER charges our agents tech fees or desk fees.
>Do they pay agent commission same day received? WC Does!
>Have they been in business over 27 years? WC has!
>Do they provide one-on-one training and monthly training classes by the BROKER/OWNER who has sold/closed $108 Million Dollars in real estate since 2008? WC Does!
